R99 contract ends up being R295

Mr Price Moblie, contacted me a number of time. I decided to take out a contract, a tablet for R99 per month. I repeatedly asked not to add anything. I said that I don't want it to cost more than R99. <br> The debit order that went of was R295. When I called to ask what it was they said it was a bunch of extra things that was added on. I said that I don't want it and more importantly I never asked for it. I said I want a refund and they simply said it was not possible. This really is unacceptable Don't make people pay for things they don't want. Things I more than once asked not to have. I love Mr Price home and did not want this to happen.
