****py service for the Mr Price Mobile Sim

The worst kind of experience. I called the Call Centre to cancel the Sim Card and they asked me why and I told them it's not working. The Lady asked me to rake it out and restart the phone and I told her I did that. She then said to me after I do that it should work, mind you I am getting billed for **** I can't use the Sim card and I have explained this. They billed me still. I sent a whatsapp to ask for help they said they would get someone to call me and it's almost two weeks no one has called me. I sent emails and nothing. But I am being billed for a stupid Sim card that does not work. Mind u they said to me at their Store that the Sim is giving their Customers issues and they advise against it but still they do nothing. I am really not happy with the service I got and I doubt I will get help from this but DO NOT TAKE THE MR PRICE MOBILE SIM CARD. IT DOES NOT WORK AND ONCE YOU HAVE TAKEN IT THEY MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL
