Prestigio Tablet

<p>I was called at the end of November 2016, by MRP Mobile offering me the Prestigio Tab7", @ R119.00 per month, so I agreed to the contract. However upon arrival of the tablet, which was delivered by Ram couriers, I found that a quarter of the scrren was damaged, so about the 5th of December I contacted MRP mobile requesting that they replace it as it was in the 7 day warranty period, they then sent Ram Couriers on the 13th of December. i sent the tab and the earphones that came with it back with the courier company, I recieved the tablet back on the 20th of December, with the waybill saying that it was declined (minus the earphones). I the contacted MRP Mobile ont the 23rd of December, and I explained to the person ton the other end of the line what had happened and that, I wanted the tablet repaired as it was under warranty, I was even given a reference number for the call Ref # ********** , and was told the the courier company would pick it up in the beginning of January, to this date the courier company hasn't arrived.</p> <p>I then called this morning, 27 January, and was tranfered to several different people, eventually I was told that because the LCD display is cracked that the tablet is not protected through the warranty, EVEN though, I did not drop the tab or damage it in any way, now I must pay for a useless item I have not even been able to use, and what happened to my Headphones!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am totally disgusted with MRP Mobiles service, and need an explanation as to why I must pay, as I recieved the tablet in the condition tat it was in the first place, either it left MRP mobile, in that state or the courier comany in question damaged it on route to me.</p>
