Poor service of mr price! Be WARNED!

Hi I just want to warn everybody about mr price mobile. Surely they have *********** assistants. I struggled from last year june to cancel a contract i did send various email and spend more time ons the phone with mrp customer care aswell as their support team and stil no one could assist me. The installment is geting bigger each time they call me . I tried everything even tried to made the payment online and when there was a error not even collection department could assist me. How do i work my way forward? This type of service is un acceptable. I have the urge to warn everyone about them! The same with mrp clothing i cancelled my acount in january and i still receive the acount payments thats due. Even though i did pay the whole outstanding amount? Is there an ombudsman that can assist me?
