Poor service

My order from Mr Price Online disappeared from their system. It was impossible to track the order.. After struggling to get hold of them on customer service, I had to provide the order details to them!!!! I was eventually called 08:41 the following day to tell me "they are close by and will deliver" - I waited the whole day and no delivery took place...
