Poor service at mr price mobile and their insurance company

Kindly assist ibought a phone a t mr price pier 14 on february.there was a an insurance that ihad to pay with the amount of R300 ilost the fownas aiwas ****** ireported the matter iwas advised to bring the documents.ihd to do follow up because there was no response or anyone informining me whats going on a eeek later one of the head office guys Mr Ndlovu told me that theres an outstanding document which is insurance cim form that the store did not gave me.for me its a neglegence until now idont have the phone with me they are doing hide and seek the insurance company and the mr price store dont know what to do now.its either they give me back my money if they cant fullfill the promise ims ick nd tired of the stories.why must i pay something that iwill not get its been weeks without a phone and my number because they said they must first approve the claim in order for me to do a vodacom siswa
