Poor service and rude area manager

Good day am writing this with a heavy heart that the service l got at Mr price the reef is shocking l brought a phone at the shop and get give me problems like it turn off it self and freezing..am have been coming to the store several times yet not assistance am getting..last week we call head office..yet not help today l went back to the shop to talk to them about this matter..we been calling the Ara manager by the name of Bertha who she doesn't know what customer service is and her boss is Koketso..l like to know from Mr Price is how your treat the customers? my account is up to date yet am getting poor service..it seem at Mr Price phone service they don't know how to help customers...the customer service principal..it doesn't not work...am so disappointed 😔 am wasting my time and petrol to come to the store to try and solved the issue my contact details is ***
