Poor Service

<p>On the 2nd December @ 14:22 I received a call from Mr Price Mobile with regards to a mobile sim card with points ect. I agreed to the sim card but later the afternoon decided to cancel the card as I am not interested anymore. I've been trying to phone the ***number as from Friday aternoon from 15:50 uptill this morning on several occations to stop the delivery and cancel the mobile card because I dont want it. I've been holding on for 30- 40 min each time with no response only that high call volumes are experienced. I phoned again this morning at 8 o' clock and again....holding for 15min with the same message...experience high call volumes and I must hold. Getting real furstrated with this message because you just cant ge hold of anybody. I received a message from RAM couriers this morning that the parcel is on it's way. I will return the parcel because I am not interested anymore please!!! Please cancel the Mr Price Mobill services.</p>
