Poor service

If theres one thing i wish for now s ending my contract with Mr Price Mobile,I asked for a CAPPED Service a million time i would emphasize that when i call the call centre consultants,Now i cannot make calls because ive bin told that i used Their R4 sumthn so i nid to frst buy airtime whlist i have air,When i ask aint my thing a capped one they say it is but Not guaranteed Seriousllyyy????Ive emailed them to ask them to cancell my contract with them and nobody got back to me ?.....So not Happy with Mr Price Mobile
