Poor customer service

Very dissapointing. I ordered a phone online to have it delivered to my mom. But their system took my billing address instead of the one I specified for delivery. I contacted them immediately but they gave me a roundaround until the parcel was out for delivery. I notified them of this immediately but they failed to assist in changing the address, delayed responding to my email to have it canceled Very lazy to do their job because they would have seen that there is a query on the order, instead of stopping and not process it they continue, it shows that their units are not one and no communication between them and ghey don't care, they just want to make the sale. Worst part it's their system that did not accept the address I put in for delivery. Now there is a huge possibility that the order will get lost cause I have to arrange another shipping Not helpful, at all! I wouldn't advise anyone to use their online services because their customer service is poor!
