Poor customer service.

On the 22/09/2025 my wife purchased a cellphone from mr price clothing in Centurion mall. On the 23/09/2026 she wanted to return the phone because I said the phone memory is too small. I phoned customer service to arrange a return and buy another phone from them. They told me as soon as the box of the phone is opened and leaves the store, we can not return it. It is their terms and conditions. It is on the back of their till slip. Firstly Mokgaetji their employee opened the box in store and did not explain to my wife the t&c's and never told her to read it. If they had explained to her the t&c's she would have thought twice purchasing the cellphone from mr price. This is just another way to make big bucks and not explaining the t&c's. It is poor customer service from mr price and theit employees. I would never recommend any body buying a cellphone from mr price.
