phone died in 5 months Factory fault

<p>I purchased a phone on contract with Mr Price mobile in October 2016, 5 months later in March my phone just switched off and stopped working it has a factory fault and Mr price mobile won’t help me, they collected the phone for repairs in March and they sent it back unfixed in April after endless calls to their call centre to find out the status on my phone with no luck, the call centre people would always tell me its at the back office, then one day in April my phone was sent to me with no explanation and it was not fixed, I call the call centre to find out about my phone and they told me that they didn’t fix it just like that im left with a broken phone and a 24 months contract from Mr Price mobile and the debit order of R250. Please help I don’t mind paying but please give me a working phone and take back this factory faulted phone please.</p>
