Phone Blacklisting

<p>my phone was ****** on the 8th of June 2017,I contacted Mr Price mobile to assist me with the blocking of the simcard .I was told by the agent it will be done in 24/48 ours then I will receive the ITC No and they will be sending me the new simcard.the next day I was told after phoneing in they cant block the simcard it was used last year in June/July 2016.I did simswap the month reason that my dad could not pay the contract anymore ,the is staying in Kempton Park .They never told me I had to register the simcard again.Every time I phoned in there was different excplainion regarding the blocking of the simcard.I only received the ITC No on the 15/6/2017.if the correct information where given to me from day 1</p>
