Paying for Data That I Don't get

Good Day

It's been over a year now that I have been paying for a Data contract. I have been calling nonstop to sort this out and up until today it's still not . I Pay every month for this contract via my Sheet Street account AND I DON'T GET THIS DATA . Its a Vodacom Data deal on my prepaid number *** that i took out i need to why i don't get this as i get billed for something i don't have I WANT A FULL REFUND FOR ALL THESE MONTHS I HAVE BEEN PAYING . if not i will take this up with legal team no one can give me an answer when i call in to have this sorted. I called Sheet Street & Mr Price Mobile Phones as well and every time they take my details to call me back but the never do.
