Pathetic service from MrP Mobile

I am deeply disgusted with this company - i was called and they were so happy to sign me up so happy to just deduct money from my account - i have till today not received ANY documents regarding my insurance with fonesure - so my phone was forcefully removed from me at round 6am - so 8am i called them and asked to blacklist my phone and proceed with a insurance claim - THE WHOLE FREAKING DAY(7hours) i was told it take 24-48 hours to get the ITC number - i called more that 25 times to get this solved and finally a guy named Sherwin told me THEY can not blacklist the phone because there were other sim cards put into the phone in the mean time - mofo i lost it and i started yelling at this guy that i want answers and finally he gave me cell c to call and they inturn noticed another number and i called Telkom Mobile and Dineo did the blacklisting in a few second( THANK YOU FOR THAT HON) - CALLED MRP M back only to hear that the insurance dept is closed - it is so PATHETIC that such a small company can not deal with its workload yet a big company like Telkom Cell C who has hundreds of thousands of clients can pick up and blacklist a phone - i cant wait to cancel this MISTAKE i made !
