Pathetic Service from Mr Price

MRPmobile sold me a product that I cancelled in July 2019. Numerous phone calls and emails later they are still billing me for something that I never had the use for. There call center is absolutely pathetic as the phones are just ringing & never get answered, They do not respond to emails - not even their own branches could get someone on the phone to resolve my enquiry. I also asked them to close my account in JULY 2019. I still await confirmation that the account was closed after 3months. They are absolutely pathetic!!
