Pathetic service

I would like to lay a complain against Mr Price Cell phone insurance...

So my place was broken into I made a case. police came to my house to do fingerprint and everything,because it a vodacom phone I blocked the phone by phoning vodacom and the phone was blocked I got a reference number from vodacom....so here is the thing when trying to claim for the phone from Mr price they asked me to get pics of the window that the ******* broke into to get into our house witch I did not have cause I was in another state of mind did not still think about taking pictures....my thing is this when we went to Mr price to fill in the claims form it did not state anything about bringing photos or anything that we needed to provide them with pictures....my husband I bought 2 phone from them for our children it's not very expensive phones ,but yet we had insurance takin out as we know how thing go in delft people get ****** everyday ,but in this instance the ******* broke into my place .....I got a case number and everything from the police I even got an avidavit from the police stating my place was broken into ...but still Mr Price could not help me ..
