Pathetic Service and no follow up.

I bought a cellphone on the 01st October at Mr Price Westgate. The cellphone gave in after 2 months. I brought the phone in and firstly there is no one to assist, The lady is on lunch!Then the staff are dancing around and when the lady comes im told the phone must be booked in.I am promised a callback and when I call back im told that the repair center is closed for the holidays. I was not told all this when I bought the phone i refuse to accept such putrid service! When I asked for the manager they are not available because its Sunday!Really!!!I want this sorted out!I want a new phone or my money back!This is within the 6 months it is not my fault that your repair center is closed I will not be inconvienced!I paid hard earned cash for the phone!
