Pathetic Service and communication

I placed an order with MRP Mobile on the 19th of December 2019. When I placed the order I was assured it would be done within 3 to 5 working days and that I would be contacted BEFORE delivery to confirm the delivery address as the one I initially supp****, I was only going to be available at for a day or two.

10 working days later, and only after having to send a scathing email to *** I receive an SMS from the courier company saying the order has been dispatched and is being delivered BUT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS because I was never contacted like I was told I would be. So I had to contact RAM to change the address only to be told they are going to cancel the delivery and that I have to contact the supplier directly as only they have authorization to change the address.

So I sent an email once again, at 7:30 on the 7th of January and again at 12:00 and a THIRD time 14:45. I am yet to receive a single response!

Their service is pathetic and communication is even worse. I would not ever recommend them to anyone!
