Pathetic service!

I am appalled with the service i received today from MRPMobile. First of all SAMKELISWE in the cancellations department is a disgrace of a human/how she got that job baffles me. She is RUDE! and that is not all she HANGS up in the customers ears. There are so many competent people deserving of jobs. MRPMobile do something, your consultants when offering clients these subscriptions are not honest, they do not say that its a subscription. Teach your people telephone etiquettes as well as Customer service. The sales calls are misleading!
