Pathetic service

<p>Battle since 29 Sept 2016 to sort out an account of my sister. Account nr provided by MRP was apparently wrong and monthtly money paid into wrong account. Spoke to Tracey Reddy and various others, send emails but does not get any joy from them to transfer the money to the correct account. they keep on promising to sort this out.Asked various times for a statement to see what is outstanding but cannot get one always an excuse that the lines are down ect. BUT they quick to phone and threaten Riana for not paying but they cannot sort the account out on there side as requested. THEY SUPPLY THE WRONG INFO!!!!They dont even have the decency to put a name to there emails. Are they hiding something. Riana cannot speak to them on the phone she is a chef and constantly working in the kitchen. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO DO BUSINESS WITH MRP. THERE SERVICE IS PATHECTIC AND IF I LOOK AT THE REVIEWS THEN MRP IS BAD!!!!!!!!!! The account nr isMRP ********** </p> <p>Cannot think that it takes them 2months+ to sort out and account</p>
