Pathetic service

Im very unhappy with your service. First my person details gets shared to 3rd parties and when i received my mobile is was not working. I did not even activate my sim card and told them they must fetch their stuff, i get charged an admin fee of over R400.. This is pathetic... Not happy at all!!!! Bad customer service
