PATHETIC

PLEASE DON'T EVER TAKE A CONTACT WITH THEM. Cancelled contact last year and they handed me over for outstanding payment. I sent a written request to cancel but they say they didn't receive it. I even sent the original email over and over and each time they say they didn't get that as well. Got my lawyer to contract them and they play dumb. My next step Ombudsman. Please don't ever take contacts with them.
