Pathetic

These guys are just pathetic.

I had an account with Mrp mobile for a tablet and data bundle for 24 months.

I am currently on 29 months and they are still debiting money. After mails sent to them to stop debiting and reversing and stopping debit orders through my bank they eventually sent me a mail stating that it was my responsibility to cancel the contract after 24 months.

After reviewing my contract, which clearly states 24 months subscription, and reviewing their online T & C's I could find absolutely nothing confirming their statements.

I mail them numerous times by now asking them to supply me with proof of what they are claiming but to no prevail and no response. When you try and phone them you get a bunch of amateurs who doesn't know anything and can supply answers but just replies "we will have to look into this".,

Through all this they keep on sending messages that I must pay X amount before X date or the account will be handed over.

I really can't believe that any company has this utterly lack of ability to just back their claims and just as simply as to reply to an email.
