Paid-up Letter

I paid-up my account in August, but 3 months later I am still waiting for my paid-up letter. I called Daly, they told me that they are waiting for Mr Price Mobile to provide the paid-up letter because they (Daly) do not issue paid up letter. Been calling these two companies but still haven't received my letter (3 months later).
