overcharged billing

Good day<br> <br> I have recently took a contract with Mr price mobile with agreement of R99.00 per month as an instalment, however it happens that they are charging me almost triple the money I was supposed to pay as per our contract agreement. I have been trying to call the call centre several times and I am not happy with the service I received. They are rude and they talk as if they are better than me as a customer. I believe all the calls are recorded please check your record and sort this . I am getting different explanation regarding the money they are charging me every month. The agreement was to pay R99.00 per month with 300MB data bundle but that seems not to be the case, one moment they say the matter is resolve then come month end they debit R253.00 instead of R99.00 . One other thing they are sending a debit order anytime not as per our agreed date of debit.<br> I spoke to someone from your call centre and According to him there was \value added"benefits on the account?
