Overcharged and ******* into another contract without my consent

<p>I am Thandi Gumede Ref MRP - ********** 0. I am full to the brim by MRP mobile. They don't stick to the contents of their contracts. 1. My contract is supposed to be R119.00 per month but I sometimes pay above R250. On enquiry was told I have phoned and deal is about data. I asked for a statement since Feb, have'nt received to date. 2. A hotspotter account was added to my contract without my consent, they say I must have been told during marketing, I asked for recorded telecom - still not sent. I asked for immediate cancellation, which was confirmed by sms on 03/01/17 but to date my account is still debited.</p> <p>I want a refund for my money taken without my consent - worse even after cancellation. Please sort ASAP or else I will refer to Ombudsman. I regret my dealings with MRP mobile and will never encourage anyone to use their service - its appalling!</p>
