Overcharge

I was contacted by Mrpmobile in connection with taking out a contract for a phone for R89.00 a month. I thought its a good deal, I say yes and everything cool. I receive the phone(just the phone) first debit R320 ohk thought it was for the connection fee etc... Second debit R280 third R320 again. Something is not right I give them a call because I'm concern about all the extra fees, the guy said it's R89.00 per month for 24mnths. I get through to them they say the extra fees are for the selfie stick nd cover etc that I received with the phone, by the way I only received the cellphone no selfie stick and etc as they say. I explain everything they say it's correct and my R89.00 monthly will now continue. Next month they debit R320 once again. This is frustrating and they are no help I'm speaking to my lawyers now.
