Outstanding contract documents

Mrpricemobile contact me on the 8 Dec 15 wrt my number being selected for a special offer wrt a new contract phone, whereby I agreed to their terms. The call centre agent said that she will forward the relevant contract documents to my emails address but after 24 hours to no prevail.
