Ordered furniture online only to find that it was delivered to the wrong address and person

<p>So I decided to try this online shopping thing for the first time with MrPrice Home.</p> <p>I ordered a couch and rug together, only to find out that they delivered my rug to the wrong person but "right" address. The couch is still yet to be delivered ... so one order is delivered seperatly.. which doesnt make sense.</p> <p>My couch cost me R8000 and my rug was R999.99</p> <p>My order number is ********** 66905</p> <p>I am deeply horrified by the occurance of these events.</p> <p>How can a delivery be delivered to the wrong person and even when the delivery was made, why did the couriers not contact me when they have my number?</p> <p>I had only received an sms from DawnWing courires, but when I check on the website to track my order, the courier listed is City Couriers!</p> <p>Is there a mix up or something ********** and ******** happening here?</p>
