Order not received!!

I have placed an order with mr d 19:11 it's now 21:25 and still have not received my order! I have phoned the restaurant my food is ready but no driver to pick it up !!

After an hour of phoning without help my husband drove to the restaurant and no shocker the restaurant is closed with 3 deliver drivers in the parking lot!!

I want a full refund and not a refund on the app a refund in my bank account!! 😡😡😡😡😡

I have reported Mr D and the restaurant on Halo Peter!
