Online qpplication

I'm so disapointed I opened account at Mr price online and I got approved I got a sms with a reference number to say I need to go activate... I checked my online status and it said congratulations I'm approved.. wen I check later the nite it said unsuccessfu... how do u get to do this to people qnd think it's okay.
