Online order still NOT delivered after a month😡

Had since made an online order 11 December 2023 and have not recieved my order… I am a loyal mr price group customer and have been buying from them using their App for many times. Till today, the purchase I made has since said shipped from 12 December 2023. And I’ve checked where it’s from and it’s on the same province. I’ve called and even went to the store but no order till date. I’m really disappointed because the item is now available in store and I was advised by a mr price employee to take the one in store and I’ll then return the one I bought online for refund. What a disappointment. I’m billed for something I don’t have.
