not what was agreed upon

<p>I recieved a call to purchase a Gallaxy J5 on contract for R156. But now every month I pay double / tripple. I am not going over my agreed data or air time. The help I recieve over the phone is not help at all. I want what was agreed apon. Please can anyone assist me.</p>
