Not the first time complain and by the looks of jthings not going to he last

<p>Few months ago my account was over debited I called mrpcall Centre they told me story up until I a wrote to hello Peter and my issue was temporary solved, why am I saying temporary it is because last month it's started again. I asked for a tape recorder for my sale it was not given to me. Maybe Obasman will put a stop to this please assist </p>
