Not happy

I would give them 0. I opened an account with Mr Price, was coaxed in getting a Sim card and I did this. EVERY MONTH I can never purchase data. I try from banking app, I try converting airtime, ive tried everything...an unexpectederror has occurred. I phone every month for the same problem. It then works for a couple of weeks and then BAM back to not being able to buy data. This is very scary. Definitely changing my Sim card.
