Non stop cell phone contract

I wrote a review about them complaining of their misconduct. They rep**** in this platform to say they are so sorry their consultant will soon contact and that never happened instead to l received a call from who said is calling from the Associates requesting payment which now escalated to R900. I feel that they are not good instead they were trying to protect their business and l still maintain that l do not owe them it is just that they are becoming **********.
