Nobody gives a #@$%
After numerous promises.......still no help. Being charged for a phone I never got. Now, after 14 years of being a loyal customer I have been cut off and my credit rating threatened because of their complete incompetence. I guarantee I will get another automated reply and NOTHING will be done again.....

Anyhow, lets see what happens...promised refund or the harassment that has been carrying on since last year.....
