Despite the staff at their mobile Shop their insurance side Monitor Administrators simply pathetic. Took me the police 3 times to come to hospital and like 50 calls and emails and proof of payment for insurance premium and the excess amount required and every single document required and finally after trying to ***** me offering me inferior by far replacement phone finally said by and I'm being sarcastic found miraculously of the phone I bought in stock and being couriered. Only problem neglect to keep the promise will receive a tracking number. After 3 weeks in hospital and spending R400 airtime on them not a single sign despite claim approved of even the tracking number.

I do not understand that Mr Price Management did not respond on my previous post here or don't care to actually be professional and even try assist.

I actually no more words. Except they very quick with snake oil salesmen selling as much as can but when legally reality comes in play only silence .
