No service utter disgraceful

The worst service I have ever had! No reply after 10 days! After I cancelled my contract after lockdown. They failed to reply to my emails in July after they received payment they wanted. Then 3months later they make contact. Sorry Mr Pretorius you are in arrears. I then tells them I have cancelled in July already and they claim they didn’t receive the email, I must resend. Did as they requested and yet 10days later no response! Ridiculous..... if I could rate them zero I would have. How are we expected to contact them if their email service is so useless????
