No service from. MrP Mobile on useless contract

I have not had a callback after logging a complaint that my Airtime and data has STILL NOT been loaded. The debit order went off my account on 30 December and today is the 5th of January. Debit order ref: PIH_*** DEBICHECK?015. I cannot call from my phone as there is no data and airtime loaded on my contract. If this is not rectified I will cancel this contract and use my old phone and move back to prepaid. Thanks for your **** service. TEL:***.
