No service from Mr Price Mobile!!!

I have been trying to get hold of anyone at Mr Price Mobile and been sending emails for over 2 months now. No one is getting back to me. I send a mail regarding my cellphone contact ending date as I need to cancel it. And till today no one has come back to me. This morning a triple payment went off that I did not budget for. This is unacceptable and I need those payments to be refunded and this contract to be canceled immediately!!!!
