No proper customer service

<p>I am so angry !!! </p> <p>I was retrenched recently , and called the useless mrpmobile to tell them i am retrenched and what can be done as i have a contract with them thats almost ending (thank goodness)...</p> <p>And i asked the lady numerous times to please cancell my debit order as there will be no funds in the bank and it will bounce and i want to make eft payments, and was told if i make payment before the books close the debit wont go off....i did make payment long before end of the month and surprise surprise she clearly isnt doing her work as the **** debit order went off and i have made payment! They dont care about the customer and who is going to pay those bank charges? Why should they worry? </p> <p>I am going to make sure everyone knows about the **** service mrpnobile gives customers! I cannot wait to be done with them its the worst company to deal with!</p>
