No help at all

They called and over me a phone for 109 a month. After 2 months they deducted over 350 from my account for airtime i bought but never did. Did not even use the free ones they gave?? Next phone i got with no sim card and phone is cleared. No apps and it cant even play music. No help from them. They get angry and just give me long stories.
