No go

Good day all Just a bad experience I had with Mr price mobile their mobile insurance side so I bought a techno spark7 pro a good entry level phone at Mr price mobile in which I also took out a 6 month once off insurance for the mobile information it was stollen a couple of later of the charger and I put in the claim and paid the access fee in which I was promised that the phone will be delivered in 5 working days. I waited for almost 15 days and I started calling in as I was told that they don't have that specific phone in stock and I must be patient as I will receive a sms with a list of phones in the same price range a similar specs I waited another 5 days and I sent a email hoping this nightmare will end I than get a call back with a no option to choose but I was told that I'm only getting a Samsung a04e which is cheaper and has less specs than the Tecno and I'm not a Samsung fan so the phone was delivered and I hate the phone I sent a email back stating my complaints no answer(loadshedding). Please be careful of taking out insurance at Mr price mobile there claims department is not honest in the way the do business rather take out external insurance. Thanks
