no delivery of phone

Mr Price Mobile promote a 2 year contract phone which I accept on terms by delivery will provide proof of address and certified copy of my I'd . Mr Price mobile claims I receive the phone which I never received on de 3 December 2015 . I requested the documents that was requested from corrier company before they hand over the package in order to check that I'm the correct person . Unfortunately I'm waiting more then a month for proof that I received the phone . All they claims that they system says that I received the phone . Sad to think I must pay for something I never sign for or receive . Please help me
