no delivery

i made a huge mistake to take out a tablet at mr price mobile, First they say only R99 pm, then I get a bill of R400, then my tablet got ****** and they sent me a price of R350 I have to pay in on the insurance, then they send a other price of R570 over the phone, I only agree to R99pm not R400 pm, then more then a month ago the phone was ******, blacklisted and reported at mrprice mobile, then I emailed them and stated there is no signal for any phone calls where we stay, she emailed back and said they will deliver the new sim card 2 weeks ago with the understanding of no signal, delivery was never made, I called after a week again and email, she said I did not answer my phone...duh!!!!!!! I have sent 5 emails asking and telling them we are waiting at home for our sim card, we pay for the last 2 months for no service, no tablet and no sim card. I and all that is working is my blood pressure!!!
