No databundles at MRP Mobile??????

I purchased a 500mb data bundle from my bank for my phone and it was converted to airtime. When I quieried this with them I was told that they DONT HAVE DATABUNDLES. If the customer wants data they must phone them and request data. They then load it and bill you the next month CRAZY CRAZY CRAZY They assured my they loaded data but it doesnt show So I suppose I must now pay out of bundle rates for data. Nice way of milking the customer I am going to tell the entire social media about this to warn potential customers about this stupid network. Really dont know why I let myself into this contract. BUT, this wasnt mentioned to me when they sold this **** to me. NO NO NO...NOT ON...
