NO ACCOUNTABILITY - ****************!!

In September 2015 I contacted your contact centre in response to a promotion on a Prestigio Tablet which was advertised in one of your leaflets and the I was informed that the monthly debit order will be R99.

01 October 2015 was a the first R99 and thereafter on the 15 October 2015 another amount was deducted of R382.07 which I was told was the joining/initiation fee.

Subsequently amounts in EXCESS of R200 and sometimes R500 were deducted monthly!!! This was not the agreed amount. I was told R99 per month and NO MORE. I did not agree to any additional packages or data bundles other than that which was included in the R99 offer.

On 15 September 2017 was supposed to have been the final deduction since that was supposed to be the 24th month however, YOU KEPT DEDUCTING until I went to the bank and put a stop to it IN APRIL 2018. I also informed MRP Mobile per email of this. I was then called to advise that I need to pay an additional fee to terminate this agreement, WHICH I ALSO PAID!

15 MAY 2018 AND JUNE 2018 FURTHER DEDUCTIONS WERE MADE!!! THIS IS ****************!!!! I WOULD LIKE AN EXPLANATION AS TO WHY YOU DEDUCTED MORE THAN THE AGREED AMOUNT AND HOW EXACTLY I GET RID OF THIS ACCOUNT???????
