Nightmare

<p>Further to my first review an email, I received an email from Mr price mobile stating that I will received a credit note, which I never received. I was surprised to see this morning that my bank account was again debited for the Value Added Service which I never app**** for nor using.</p> <p>Is there any way to escalate this matter, I really don’t know what to do anymore. They are debiting my account whenever they want…</p>
